Professional Travel Service, Inc. is growing and we are seeking individuals with great enthusiasm for the travel industry. We are looking for a dynamic, passionate individual who is self-motivated and dedicated to engaging with clients and educating them on remarkable and inspiring experiences. You will be responsible for researching, promoting, and booking travel arrangements for clients. If you’re just beginning your journey in travel planning or you’re ready to take your travel career to the next level, we would love to talk with you!

  • Previous client service is desirable, preferably in the leisure or hospitality sector

You will be responsible for:

  • Determining client’s needs and preferences and suggest suitable travel packages or services
  • Researching and preparing comprehensive travel itineraries for clients (including but not limited to airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events or activities, and travel insurance)
  • Advising clients about required travel documents (such as passports or visas), local weather conditions, customs, and attractions
  • Coordinating the use of bonus miles and other rewards that the clients want to use
  • Making alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip
  • Updating database with client details, travel preferences, and billing information
  • Completing travel training if needed
  • Staying up to date on the travel industry and policies
  • Attending ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers to keep up to date and become specialized with specific destinations
  • Maintaining relationships with travel partners, clients and colleagues
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, effectively communicating pre and post-travel
