Professional Travel Service is very fortunate to have so many experienced travel advisors to help you design your perfect journey. Below is a little bit about each of our team members. 

Charlie Brakebill has been in the travel industry for over 35 years, both as an owner/ manager and vacation agent. She is committed to making her client’s dreams come true. She has experienced the culture and countries of Asia and Australia, enjoyed safaris in Kenya and South Africa, and explored numerous countries in Europe, Central America, Mexico and Canada as well as much of the continental USA. Her favorite travel destinations are Hawaii and Europe, any time of the year. She also loves cruising and have cruised to Alaska, Europe and the Caribbean Islands. In her spare time, she enjoys skiing, walking, gardening, and exploring the San Juan Islands.

Lea Eskenazi has been in the travel business for over 40 years, with 35 years at Professional Travel Services.  She thinks her corporate clients are great to work with, and she enjoys booking leisure clients and learning about all parts of the world through her clients' travels. She works hard to make sure they are "the trips of a lifetime". She is a CTC (certified Travel Counselor), a Princess Cruise Commodore, and a Viking Cruise Expert, and often takes continuing education classes. She books to all parts of the world, and is most familiar with Hawaii, Mexico, and all types of cruises. She loves to travel to warm, sunny places.

Virginia Sagiao-Iaulualo  has over 30 years of experience in travel. She handles a number of corporate clients, and is well-versed in group travel. Although she enjoys booking travel for her clients, her favorite place to be is home. She enjoys road trips with her family in the Pacific Northwest and California. She is very involved in her community, and participates in a lot of fundraisers and community events. 

Raymond Meisgeier has over 40 years in the travel business, specializing in Asia. He has organized a number of group trips for both business and leisure clients. He currently assists the folks at UnCruise and Bicycle Adventures on pre-and post-tour arrangements for their clients.  He has lived in Australia and Vietnam, and has visited all the Hawaiian islands but prefers the Big Island for his vacations. He enjoys golfing and bicycling. 

Olga Lankerovich states that travel is her passion - both her own travel, and that of her many clients! Born and raised in Russia , she knows Europe very well, and can help you plan any European trip. She is also a Mexico Tourism Board Certified Specialist. She has experience with planning complex private trips, but can also help with short getaways. Her favorite clients are families traveling with kids, and especially with grandkids! 

​Yvonne Hendricks has been in the travel industry for 30 years, but got "hooked" on travel from fourth grade on. She has helped organize and chaperone youth cultural exchange groups to Europe and North Africa; she plans group cruises and tours; she works with individuals and families for leisure vacations. Traveling is such a learning experience, it gives her great pleasure to assist others in discovering the joy of travel and our ever changing world.     

April Moody handles many corporate and international clients, as well as some leisure travelers. She has been in the travel business for over 30 years, and has been with Professional Travel Service for 10 years. 

Kelli Brown is a seasoned professional travel consultant with 23 years of experience. She states “when planning for my clients, I always use the same attention to detail as I would for myself”! Kelli is very well traveled, having visited Africa, France, Germany, Italy, Scotland, Britain, Greece, Costa Rica and Mexico just to name a few. The experiences gained from her personal travels have become a great asset in assisting clients on planning numerous memorable vacations. She is eager to create lifetime experiences for all of her clients and wanting to show new clients her ability to create these experiences.

Amy Drackert has been organizing travel and tours for her rugby team for more than 20 years, and would love to help your group plan their next adventure. She enjoys researching and traveling to off-the-beaten track destinations (such as Rarotonga, the Galapagos, Nepal, Roatan) and has spent a lot of time in Mexico, England, and New Zealand. She has two teenagers that she has “dragged” on many of her trips and enjoys planning adventures that your family will cherish. 

Cynthia van de Erve honed her travel skills when she began a five-year odyssey of traveling around the world, starting in Europe and the Middle East then continuing on to explore India, Asia, and Australia. Her passion for travel has led her to a 20 year career as a travel agent and enjoys assisting both corporate and leisure travelers. As a former group tour leader to such places as Ireland, Israel, Egypt and Jordan she would love to help others create their own group adventures. She considers Maui her second home and is happiest when arranging travel for anyone to go anywhere, but especially when Maui is their destination.

Sommer Reynolds is passionate about creating personalized, unique travel experiences for families, couples and groups. Sommer is well traveled herself. She has lived in Brazil and Israel, and has traveled throughout Europe, Central America, and Hawaii. She loves to research the best things for her clients to experience when they travel to new locations. She puts together travel plans that are meaningful to her clients.

​Ariane King shines at customer service, always striving to create memorable trips for her clients. She enjoys traveling by motorcycle to destinations throughout the U.S., her favorites being Yellowstone National Park and the Grand Canyon. She has also visited several destinations in Mexico including Puerto Vallarta and Isla De Mujeres, which she loved exploring. Ariane grew up spending summers in Germany with family near the Heidelberg area. This experience introduced the world of travel, something she has remained very passionate about.

​Anita Bornemann is the owner and manager of Professional Travel Services. She was hired by the previous owner, Chuck, because she had no desire to become a travel agent. She took over management of the company in 2009, and is actively involved in growing the business in response to the evolving nature of the travel industry. She is looking forward to the challenges and innovations in the years to come!
